Homeowners Insurance is a PAIN.
(Which is why we deal with them for you)
Most customers get free or discounted roofs thanks to our insurance specialists. As a full-service roofer, we aim to help you navigate all the ins and outs of insurance policies, so that you get the most from your claim.
It’s important to file an insurance claim the right way. Many different factors apply with what your insurance will cover. If you do file the claim and the insurance company only approves a repair, you might not even meet the cost of your deductible.
The best way to determine if you need a complete re-roof or simple repair is to have us perform a full inspection for you. Once the inspection is complete, we will provide a sufficient report and estimate. Some issues that can cause problems for insurance claims are: Discontinued shingles, ventilated ridges, creased shingles and hail damage. Whatever the issue, we will guide you through it from start to finish.
