I’m really glad I went with Phoenix exteriors. I had Nic come out and inspect my roof and he was very thorough and explained everything I will be looking forward to in filling a claim with my insurance company. Juan kept me updated days before due to the weather and they did an outstanding job on the roof and can’t believe how good they cleaned up with all the debris on the ground. The next day the dump trailer was still in the driveway. I text Nic about it and an hour later it was gone. That’s what you call customer service. Thanks Phoenix, Nic and Juan for the the great experience.

Sales rep (Rene) was very responsive even after the sale. Worked with us on understanding quote and insurance for house and detached garage.. They also installed gutter guards that we had purchased elsewhere.

Phoenix offered to inspect our roof while they were inspecting a neighbor's. They submitted their report to our insurance company and continued to work with them throughout the initial process. They also took care of obtaining a building permit and filing the plan with our town. There was one issue that was in question after the installation. Phoenix was prompt and courteous in fixing it. Gutter installation was delayed, but the individual who did the installation was very professional. A shoutout to Cory, who was our contact throughout the process.

I am very pleased with the work Phoenix Exteriors recently completed at my home! We had hail damage in early September. We were offered a free inspection, including dozens of drone photos, within days, which resulted in the need for a complete replacement of the roof and gutters. Corey was our initial point of contact moving forward, including establishing a dialogue with our homeowners insurance company. He and Nick put together a very fair contract that addressed all of our needs. Nicole was the coordinator for the scheduling from the office. She provided a timely schedule for the work and kept us informed of any adjustments. Edgar was the on site manager and was very proactive in keeping us informed of the progress including aerial photos as the work progressed. The care they took to protect our home and property during the work was very thorough. The cleanup after the job was amazing! All of the staff I engaged with were extremely professional and considerate. I would highly recommended Phoenix Exteriors for anyone in need of repairs/replacement of their roof.
