What is included in the scope of work for installation of a Tesla Solar Roof?

Tesla Solar Roof can be installed on most roofs; however, some roofs are not eligible and a roof inspection will determine the eligibility of your roof. If your roof does not pass and it requires work, we will let you know at the end of the inspection and we can additionally talk about roof options as Phoenix Exteriors is also a roofing contractor. Please also note: roofing repairs/replacements, replacement or addition of gutters, skylights, or vents are not included in the cost of Tesla Solar Roof.
